Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the LumiCore website or purchasing our products, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers in the Philippines.
Product Information
LumiCore strives to provide accurate product descriptions and specifications. However:
- Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings
- We reserve the right to modify product specifications with notice
- Availability is subject to stock levels in the Philippines
- Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may change without notice
Ordering and Payment
When placing an order:
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
- We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason
- Payment must be completed before product shipment
- Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, GCash, and bank transfer
- Order confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours
Shipping and Delivery
For deliveries within the Philippines:
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days for Metro Manila
- Provincial delivery: 5-10 business days depending on location
- Free shipping for orders over ₱2,000
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control
Product Warranty
LumiCore products include:
- 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee
- Free repair or replacement for manufacturing defects
- Warranty void if product is damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repairs
Limitation of Liability
LumiCore Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
