30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At LumiCore Philippines, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and documentation included
- Return request initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Product must not show signs of damage due to misuse
- Original proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) required
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service at returns@lumicore.ph
- Step 2: Provide your order number and reason for return
- Step 3: Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
- Step 4: Package item securely with all original materials
- Step 5: Ship using our prepaid return label (for defective items)
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection completed within 2 business days
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days after approval
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3-5 days
- Customer will receive email confirmation of refund processing
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective Products: LumiCore covers return shipping costs
- Customer Preference: Customer pays return shipping (₱150-300)
- Wrong Item Sent: LumiCore covers all shipping costs
- Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping, we cover exchange shipping
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged by customer misuse or neglect
- Items returned after 30-day period
- Products without original packaging or accessories
- Items showing excessive wear or modification
Warranty vs. Returns
Return Policy: 30 days for satisfaction guarantee
Warranty: 1 year for manufacturing defects
Products with manufacturing defects after 30 days are covered under warranty for repair or replacement.
